I am Chen Shen and I have been doing real estate business for the past 6 years. I believe only hard work is not enough to be successful in this industry. I first started with a co-op studio at Bryant gardens in 2014 and now I own 4 rental properties by applying the strategies and knowledge I learned over the years.
